On friending. I'm generally cool with people friending me out of the blue. If your journal is in English or often in English and not an RP pup, I will most likely friend you back. It's not that I have a problem with non-English languages, it's just that sadly I don't speak any (other than very broken French). And the RP pup thing, I have some on my flist, but they're the pups of dear friends, so they get an exemption. It's not required, mind, and I really don't bite, I'm just very curious by nature.
